Wulanchabu Xufeng Carbon Technology Co., Ltd. abbreviated as "Xufeng Carbon", is located in Tianpishan Metallurgical Industrial Park,  Chahar Right Front Banner, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia. As a junction of the Bohai Economic Circle and the Hohhot Baotou Yinchuan Economic Belt. It is an important node for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to connecting the east and west, south and north; Located 20 kilometers north of Jining District, where the Ulanqab Municipal Government is located, 155 kilometers west of the provincial capital Hohhot, 100 kilometers south of Datong, the second largest city in Shanxi Province, and 340 kilometers east of Beijing. The eveloped highway network makes land and railway transportation convenient.

The company started construction on September 1, 2017, completed overall planning and design, and started construction on September 15. It was jointly invested and built by Henan Xibao Metallurgy Materials Group Co., LTD. , Anshan Carbon Co., Ltd., andNantong Yangzi Carbon Co., Ltd.. The company covers an area of 387 acres and has a registered capital of 450 million yuan.

New carbon material products: mainly including negative electrode materials, positive electrode materials, special graphite, isostatic pressed graphite (nuclear graphite materials, fine structured graphite), molded graphite, flexible graphite, CC composite materials, SIC composite materials, carbon fiber and superconducting graphite materials, etc. The product is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, machinery, non-ferrous metals, aviation, national defense, healthcare, biology, and high-tech fields.

Equipment

Xufeng has first-class carbon material production equipment in China, including a 3500t horizontal electrode extruding press , two sets of 34 chamber covered ring furnaces, two sets of high-pressure impregnation tanks , two sets of rebacking tunnel kilns, two sets of lengthwise graphitization furnaces , three sets of acheson furnaces, two electrode and nipple machining lines, as well as professional equipment such as isostatic pressing and molding machines, and a testing and analysis center serving carbon production.

Capacity

Capable of producing electrodes of various specifications ranging from φ350 to φ700, with an annual output of 80000 tons; Among them, the proportion of large-scale φ600 to φ700 is over 80%, and the annual production capacity of new carbon materials and new energy materials is 30000 tons.
